1.1 Website owner

This website/platform is owned and operated by PALEX HEALTHCARE GROUP, S.L., with registered address at C/ Almagro, nº 3, 6º izq, 28010 Madrid, Spain (“Palex”, “Palex Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1.2 Purpose of the platform

The Palex League is an internal gamified learning and engagement initiative designed for Palex Group employees. Its purpose is to strengthen knowledge of Palex Group, its culture, values, history, brand and business across participating teams and countries.

Access to the platform is intended only for authorised users invited by Palex. The platform must not be used for any purpose other than participation in the Palex League initiative and related internal communications.

1.3 Conditions of use

Access to the platform may be managed through the user’s corporate Microsoft account for users included in the Palex tenant, or through another access method defined by Palex where Microsoft sign-in is not available.

By accessing and using the platform, users agree to use it in a lawful, respectful and appropriate manner. Users must not:

• use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes;
• attempt to access data, rankings, accounts or platform areas for which they are not authorised;
• interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the platform;
• share access credentials or attempt to manipulate scores, rankings or competition results;
• upload or submit content that is offensive, discriminatory, confidential, misleading or unrelated to the initiative.

Palex may suspend or restrict access to the platform where misuse, manipulation or breach of these conditions is identified.

To facilitate communication among the participating itinerant employees, a WhatsApp group could be created using their corporate phone numbers.

1.4 Intellectual and industrial property

All content made available through the platform, including but not limited to texts, images, visual assets, logos, trademarks, game content, badges, designs, layouts, software elements and the Palex League name and identity, belongs to Palex Group or to third parties who have authorised its use.

Users may access and use the platform content only for the purpose of participating in the Palex League. Any reproduction, distribution, communication, transformation or external use of the content without prior authorisation from Palex is prohibited.

1.5 Platform availability and limitation of liability

Palex will make reasonable efforts to ensure the correct operation and availability of the platform. However, Palex does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be responsible for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, technical incidents, network failures, external providers, force majeure or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Palex is not responsible for damages or losses arising from improper use of the platform by users or from unlawful actions by third parties outside Palex’s control. Any technical incident affecting participation or scoring will be assessed according to the Participation Rules and the platform records available.

1.6 External links or third-party services

The platform may include links or references to internal channels, third-party services or prize providers. Palex is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party websites or services, except where required by applicable law.

1.7 Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and the use of the platform are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply under local law. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
